ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now seeking a Projects Administrator to work on-site at our purpose built workshop and design studio in Wimborne St Giles, Dorset.

The Projects Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables.

Daily tasks include organising meetings, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with team members.

The Projects Administrator will also assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Coordination

  • Timeline Management

  • Resource Allocation skills

  • Experience in Organising Meetings, Managing Documentation and Communicating with Team Members

  • Budget Tracking and Compliance skills

    SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent organisational, numeracy and multi-tasking skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and to use own initiative to prioritise own work-load

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Commute to Wimborne St. Giles, Dorset

  • Valid driver's license

  • Authorised to work in United Kingdom
